- Listing in Members Directory and Web Site: Member municipalities, Downtown Development Authorities, Urban Renewal Authorities, Business Improvement Districts, Non-Profits, are listed in the membership directory. - Professional and Networking Opportunities: Share your expertise and be part of an assessment team and/or request to be considered for speaking engagements at conferences and events;
- Colorado Community Revitalization Associations Monthly Newsletter: Receive CCRA news and current events in a monthly email newsletter with specific focus on Tax Increment Finance Districts, Main Street Developments, and Resources and Programs that impact downtowns.
- Annual Revitalization Conference and Main Street Training Conferences: Receive brochures, updates, and discounts. Discounts extended to all member organization employees.
- Advocacy: CCRA provides member forums and is a section of Colorado Municipal League, and as such gives CCRA the opportunity to voice member views;
- Eligibility for on Services: Request a downtown assessment for a modest fee on a topic of your choice;
- Access to Information: Access up-to-date information about Colorados BIDs, DDAs and URAs including information about pending legislation that may impact business district development; Find program information, articles, upcoming events, website links, and job postings at the CCRA Web site: www.ccraonline.org;
